THE PROBLEM WITH MOST VANLINES IS… 1.THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE THEIR REPLACEABLE SO WHEN THEY GET SOME ONE TRAINED TO DO THE JOB AND THEY ASK FOR A RAISE THEY FIND A REASON TO LET THEM GO. 2.THE WAY THEY PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES THE PAY RATE IS USUALLY BASED ON A PERCENTAGE RATE SO THE EMPLOYEE GETS PAID DIFFERENT AMOUNTS FOR DIFFERENT JOBS USUALLY LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE ONCE IN A WHILE YOU WILL SEE A JOB THAT PAYS $20 HR ONE DAY THEN $6 THE NEXT ALL YOU CAN DO IS SCRATCH YOUR HEAD AND WONDER WHY CAUSE IF YOU BRING IT UP TO THE AGENCY YOU MIGHT NOT WORK FOR A WEEK OR GET LAYED OFF. SO IF YOU WERE WONDERING WHY BEKINS SUCKS THEIR THE BEST AT IT. 3.GENERAL MANAGERS WHO ONLY KNOW HOW TO SAY YA SURE NO PROBLEM WE CAN FIX THAT FOR YOU MAM THEN GET OFF THE PHONE AND LAUGH WITH OTHER OFFICE PERSONNEL ABOUT BLOWING THE SHIPPER OFF ENOUGH THEY WILL GIVE UP………
TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WOULD TO TAKE CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES THEY ARE THE ONE WHO ARE BREAKING THEIR BACKS FOR WHAT AVERAGES UO
OUT TO BE BETWEEN $6 TO $10HR AND YOULL BE LUCKY TO GET 40 HR WEEK CAUSE AGENCIES LIKE TO KEEP THE EMPLOYEES PILED UP

We also had the move from Hell using Two Small Men.

They agreed to compensate us for our damages and losses, but have yet to mail the cheque. It is always one excuse after another.
