Recently this company did a move for a gentleman and by the company’s own admission they did break and item (a glass mirror). Allen Davis personally wrote to this website to explain the whole thing.
Because of this, this customer has gone on a campaign of an almost illegal, libelous internet review campaign on this company. He has gone to every website that he could possibly get on and has written the same exact thing over and over, wherever the message could get to.
I published that gentleman’s complaint and I will not take it down. I have also published Allen Davis’ rebuttal nor shall I take it down. The reason? Simple. Every one has the opportunity to be heard on this website. Good or bad.
The gentleman that wrote the complaint has a valid complaint. Whether or not his internet campaign is correct or not, that complaint should be heard. Allen Davis’ rebuttal also is valid and it too should be heard.
Now to the internet campaign; I think that it is malicious and libelous and factually unnecessary. The fact that the campliant has been distributed so widely and written in such an emotional tone leads me to believe that there is more to the story than the gentleman suggests. One does not complain so loudly unless they too are guilty of some “crime” themselves. To quote Hamlet, “Me thinks that the woman doth protest too loudly.”
Of course it would be remiss of me if I did not actually look into Allen Davis Moving Systems.
Overall I find the company to be reputable. It has had some complaints, as all companies will, but they were not overly troublesome and all had been taken care of. Nor did he have too many. Factually he is a little below the industry norms.
All in all this company seems sound. Except for the one compliant by one gentleman there really doesn’t seem to be anything glaringly out of place here.
I feel confident in recommending this company to you. Of course, always do your homework and get eveything in writing.
